I am a 19-year-old triathlete in the Triathlon Scotland Next Generation Squad. I train at the National Performance Centre in Stirling where I am also studying Sport and Exercise Science. As my first year as an U23 I am working to improve my cycling and running so I can mix it in the top of any field as they have by far the most room to improve. I had a solid last year as a Junior making it to the European Championships but unfortunately crashed out messing up my training for the next block, this has only helped my motivation to come back even stronger.

I am a 17-year-old triathlete in the Triathlon Scotland Next Generation squad, and a member of Giffnock North AAC, and City of Glasgow ST. After 2 years of injury including a fractured vertebrae and broken elbow, I achieved 2 silver medals at the Youth Commonwealth Games in 2023, despite coming out of my elbow cast 10 weeks before the event. This year I hope to qualify for more international races to gain experience for 2025 (my last year as a junior) where I hope to perform at a European or World Championship.

On the track, I got a Silver in the Scratch race at the Junior National Championships, as well as two other Top-Tens. I am a sprinter/rouleur, and a fan of tough racing on the cobbles and flat stages. I am looking forward to more races on the continent as well as some UCI track races.

I am 19 years old and come from the island of Guernsey. The 2024 season will be my second full season racing in France as an U23. I will be racing as a reserve rider for the national division one team VCP Loudéac who finished sixth in the Coupe de France classement in 2023. My 2023 season was one of lots of learning in the elite level of racing, but ended early when testing positive for Epstein-Barr virus. Now fit and healthy again I am looking forward to getting back into racing in 2024 with the hope of continuing where I left off last year.

I'm a 16-year-old starting my second year as an U17. I’ve lived in Brittany, France since I was 18 months old and I ride for Véloce Vannetais. Recently recruited to the 11-man Academy of the Pôle Espoir Bretagne Endurance I now train with the best riders in Northern France at the newly built wooden vélodrome. Last year, the majority of my results were put on hold due to many health issues that have now been fully diagnosed and are now all fixed! This year, I'm going all out to win at a top level. I can’t wait to race again.

Last year was quite a steep learning curve, competing in the British National Series events and racing in Europe in the UCI Nations Cup Races at Gent-Wevelgem & the Grand Prix de Plouay. The highlight was winning the British Junior 25-mile Time Championship. I hope to build on last year and the plan is to be back over in Europe again and be more prominent in bigger races, not only for the Nations Cup but to spend more time riding Kermesses and smaller stage races to adapt to the more aggressive and tactical style of racing on the continent.

As a young wolf in the Soudal Quickstep Devo Team in 2024 I am super excited to get stuck into the U23 ranks next year. Ultimately, my strengths lie in the mountains and time trials hence I am hoping to find success in some of the big international stage races and work as part of the ‘Wolfpack’ for the next 2 seasons. Off the bike, I am big into researching nutrition and training methods to improve my performance as well as videography, a skill I use when making videos for my YouTube channel - documenting my journey through the sport.

Racing for trainSharp in the national U23 series. I am aiming to achieve top results in Nat A and B races, as well as racing in UCI races in Europe. I also plan to race in Belgium and France during the summer.

I am a 20-year-old full time cyclist, currently racing for Mayenne Vand B Monbanna. Last year I had a successful year with CC Plancoet winning three races in Brittany as well as bringing in some other notable results. This year I will be stepping up to elite level. I'm looking to bring in some solid results especially in time trials. I am a rouler/time trialist, so I like hard rolling terrain! My focus will be racing in France and helping the team; however, my main goal of the season is to do well in the U23 national TT championship. I'm ready to make 2024 my best season yet.

In the UCI Gravel World Series, I finished 6th U23 in La Monsterrato race in Italy, and won the cyclocross regional champs. On the mountain bike, I was 2nd expert in the national XC MTB series and won the final round, securing my elite licence for 2024. I’m excited to be racing in Spain in 2024 and looking forward to some new challenges.

I am 18 years old and currently ride for Huub BCC RT. I’m in my final year of A levels where I'm studying Maths, Physics and PE. Last year I had a very successful season with some good placings in National series races and UCI races with my best being 4th at GP Plouay in France. I'm looking to build upon this in my first year as an under 23 and work my way up the cycling pyramids. I aim to do well in the punchy attritional races as they suit me well as a rider, and being from Dronfield on the edge of the Peak District, climbs aren't in short demand.

I am a 15-year-old triathlete in the Triathlon Scotland Next Generation squad, and a member of Giffnock North AAC and fusion triathlon club. After missing part of last season because of knee pains, I was able to come back strong to racing triathlon and win the British triathlon grand final, as a bottom year in the youth A age group. This year I hope to win the UK school games and to qualify for the European youth triathlon champs, which would be my first international race.

I am 20 years old from the Isle of Man and this year will be continuing with Saint Piran, the UK's number one cycling team and will be looking for results in the races against the pros. When I am off the bike, I like to watch other sports and studying which is in health and fitness which I think contributes to Cycling to help me find Marginal Gains. My cycling profile is a rouleur and love racing in the breakaway and this year I will race all over Europe from Belgium to Greece to Romania to try to achieve enough results to become a professional.

I am 20 years old, coming from the Isle of Man, racing my second year in the U23 category. This year will be based in Italy riding for the continental team SIAS RIME. The terrain here suits me well being hilly and attritional so I look forward to getting stuck in. My past achievements were becoming the British National Junior Champion and finishing 9th in the World Championships. Last year stepping up to the Elites/U23s was a steep learning curve, I wish to use this experience to bounce back and make the jump up to Pro Continental/World Tour for 2025!

I'm 19, currently racing for Bournemouth cycleworks and for my 2nd year as a U23 rider I'll be focusing on Road and Time Trials. I aim to race a mixture of Regional, National B, National A, National Championships & European Races. Hopefully I'll be starting the season with the Portsdown Classic Road Race and then I'm off to Loret de Mar in Spain for a training camp. My first Time Trial of the season will be the first round of the CTT Classic Series on the 17th March. I can't wait to get the 2024 season started and see what results I can achieve.
